Margaret Sigel (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who views therapy, first and foremost, as a collaborative process with her clients. Margaret uses a combination of Somatic Experiencing, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness to help regulate one’s nervous system. Her clients become more resilient, improve their relationships, and gain a greater sense of freedom to be their authentic, relaxed, joyful selves. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Margaret received her BA in English from University of California Los Angeles. After working for many years in the entertainment industry, Margaret decided to pursue her long-held interest in mental health and wellness, receiving her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Yukari Makino, ph.D, AMFT, APCC, SEP

Yukari is a very skilled therapist. She has a doctorate in Psychology & has practiced as a clinical psychologist in Japan for many years before moving to Los Angeles in 2018. She is certified in EMDR & is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

She has extensive experience working in the field of trauma with people of all ages & was essential in supporting her community after the devastating Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Noelle Medbery, LCSW

Noelle is warm, curious & engaging with her clients. She has a background in community mental health which has given her lots of great experience working with adolescents & families as well as adults. Her passion lies in supporting clients to heal attachment trauma & their relationship with their inner self in an effort to create meaningful relationships with others and the world around them. She takes a client-centered approach, meaning your unique strengths, needs, & environment are emphasized as the foundation of her work. Her style is rooted in sincerity, kindness, curiosity, & warmth, which helps create a therapeutic relationship that is characterized by safety, trust & inclusivity.
